Spring at Jaye's House...

Spring has arrived at the Parsons' Home!

My Easter buffet...

The lone ceramic cotton tail on the mantle...

New Springtime guest towels in the hall bath...

Whimsical Easter bunny boxes on the guest room nightstand...

A fresh Freesia bouquet from my husband (gotta love TJs)...

Tulips in full bloom in the backyard...

The wisteria over the patio is beginning to bloom...

Other buds a-bloom outside...

Our mini vineyard, "Vinny", has even begun to grow...

And, of course, evidence of spring time spruce-up projects in motion...
We're planning to paint the house this spring, and we're going dark!
After several test swatches and trials, we've decided upon Benjamin Moore's "Kendall Charcoal" with crisp white trim!

The "Clearasil" covered window trim will be glad to have the cosmetic lift, I'm sure!

We're also planning to replace the old deck. It's looking pretty shabby, and not the least bit chic!

So that's what's happening in my neck of the woods this season!
What's going on over at your place?

Color Update: Twilight Blue

You know the color that the sky turns just as the golden hues of sunset begin to fade and night falls upon the earth? It's a color of dreams, a color that somehow casts a magical feeling into the sky.

This is the color of the moment!

Pulling from nature, we find these colors amongst the palette of Benjamin Moore...

Deep Ocean

Caribbean Blue Water

Stratton Blue

Below are some inspirational installations of this intriguing color scheme...
