I am so excited to share this fantastic resource with all of you!
Keli Faw, a college friend of ours with amazing style and creative talent, (go UO ducks!) has grown her unique business idea into a stylish on-line marketplace and is soon to open a brick and mortar shop of her own!
Keli's main business, Drygoods Design, specializes in the sourcing and sales of fantastic fabrics for your sewing, crafting, and creative projects. With an amazing eye for color and design, Keli has put together an extensive collection of cutting edge materials that you most certainly will not find in your local fabric superstore, (sorry JoAnn's).
Not only has she succeeded in building this tremendous fabric resource, this busy mother of two has gone above and beyond to design a gift line of her own, uniquely titled, Bread and Salt. With her adorable fabrics, she has hand-stitched gifts for babies, mothers, and the hippest of hostesses! She gladly customizes her original designs upon request.
See these darling samples of her work below...
chevron coasters
cheerful pillows
hip swaddling blankets
bibs and burp cloths
You'll also find fun packaging materials and ideas in her on-line marketplace...
Find Keli's shops HERE and on Etsy, and if you're in the Seattle area, look for her showroom opening soon in Ballard.
Congrats on a great concept, Keli, and thanks for sharing your creativity with us! Best wishes for success in your new Ballard shop!
